Step 1: Go to Appointment Booking Page
Step 2: Click on "Create New Booking Page" and create a booking page for your colleague.
Step 3: Click on "Add Appointment Types" to add the appointment types for your colleague.
Depending upon how you wish to set available times, choose your option. You can automatically determine your colleague's availability or manually share few times to meet.
Step 4: Click on "Change host" for that Appointment Type
Step 5: Add your colleague as a host.
Step 6: Remove yourself as host or make yourself optional participant to receive notification when meeting gets scheduled with your collegue.
You can keep your self as organizer, if you wish to manage proposal for your colleague as well.
Step 7: Save and Go Back
Step 8: Change availabile times you wish to offer by clicking on "change hours"
Step 9: If you wish to make changes in other preferences such as duration, location, reminders and questions that are asked to your guest, you can do so by clicking on "Edit Appointment Type"
Make sure you click on "Save Appointment Type" after making changes.
Step 10: Copy the Booking link and share with people who wish to schedule meeting with your team!
Your colleague will start receiving the bookings.
