Using FreeBusy you can also ask people the location to meet when they book appointment with you. Whatever they respond as location will be set in calendar invite.

Step 1: Go to "Appointment Booking"

Step 2: Click on "Manage Appointment Types" on Booking Page of your choice.

Step 3: Click "Edit Appointment Type" on Appointment Type

Step 4: Go to Location and select "Ask people for how and where to meet".

When picked, this option will allow you to edit a question as well. This question will be presented on your booking page for that Appointment Type and will allow the other party to provide details:
