If you have kept meeting proposal manual, whenever meeting is proposed it goes to pending proposals which you can access from bell icon.

Step 1: Go to FreeBusy.io and Click on Bell icon on top right corner.

Step 2: You will see proposals, you can Accept, Decline or Ignore the proposal.
