FreeBusy allows you to set your availability in a way so that you can have enough time before meeting gets scheduled. So that people cannot schedule meeting within you right in the moment.

To turn this feature on follow these steps:

Step 1: Click "Change hours" on any Appointment Type

Step 2: Locate "Ensure meetings are scheduled with enough lead time" option.

On right side of screens there are few options. This is one of them.

Step 3: Turn it on and set as per your requirement of minimum notice before meeting gets started.

This way you can ensure meeting does not get scheduled right now.
