FreeBusy allows a few ways to specify a meeting location. You can choose to host your guests online using web conferencing link or you can also host them in-person for meeting. The setting will be available for each Appointment Type. Here is how you can do it:

Step 1: Go to "Appointment Booking"

Step 2: Click on "Manage Appointment Types" on Booking Page of your choice.

Step 3: Click "Edit Appointment Type" on Appointment Type

Step 4: Go to Location

FreeBusy has three options to automatically set the meeting location: Use web conferencing service, ask people for how and where to meet and preset meeting location. (Click on links to know more about each location)
